Equality Project
A project is underway in NCC dealing with equality
A working group of staff and students are guiding this process.
The aim is to explore attitudes to diversity and to learn more about inclusiveness leading to forming a policy on equality tailor-made to North Connaught College.
A survey is being carried out involving staff ,students and other interested parties. Honest and open opinions are invited.
Further activities will be organised over the next two months and details will be notified to all.
Sign Language
Classes have begun for all interested funded under the Inter-reg programme.
Students from all courses are enjoying learning how to sign and two groups will take place and will continue until Easter. It has appealed to a wide cross section of the college and students are engaged in practicing what they have learnt.
Beauty Therapy Open Salon Days
Second year students are offering members of the public the chance to have treatments in a supervised salon.
